We really hope you love your product, but if for any reason you're unhappy then please get in touch straight away. All refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Hannah Way. If a refund is required then please return the goods in their original condition within seven working days of delivery. Hannah will refund you within 30 days and postage will only be reimbursed if orders are being returned because they are faulty.
